RETURNS (DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL)
• Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received.
• Merchandise must not be used, washed or altered.
• All tags on the merchandise must remain attached.
• Invoices, warranty information, shipping receipts or any other documentation included with the merchandise must be returned with the merchandise.
• If a returned package arrives COD, the COD amount will be deducted from your refund.
• HoodiePillow® will not pay for return shipping.
• A refund will be administered through the customer's original method of payment once the merchandise is returned to HoodiePillow® Customer Service and meets all required return policy criteria.
• Original shipping and handling charges will not be included in the refund.
**If merchandise is defective upon arrival to customer, please email us within 24 hours of arrival at firstname.lastname@example.org.
